Owner/Head Coach
Since a young age, I have always been involved in sports and exercise. Whether that's reaching my brown belt in karate by 12 or dancing my way to the British championships in street dance at 16, movement has always been a big constant for me. However, being bullied from a young age because of my size led me to have a very disordered and chaotic relationship with food and my mental health.
After hitting rock bottom with depression and an out-of-control binge eating disorder at 21 I had to go on a journey to figure out who I was and what I needed to get to the bottom of it.
That was when I found weightlifting, something that allowed me to turn what I once perceived as my biggest weakness into my biggest superpower! I trained and fuelled myself for performance and not just to become a smaller version of myself to fit in.
This allowed me to go on to become a player on the O-Line for Leeds Chargers In Premier Women American Football League, Become
Northern Champion in the 87kg+ Category for Olympic Lifting and take away 2nd Place at Tyne & Wears Strongest Woman Competition!
This allows me to show women just what they are capable of when they trust, back and believe in themselves when they tap into what strength lies underneath.
